How do I book an appointment?

Bookings can be made directly via the online booking page or by calling the salon directly. Please be aware a 50% non-refundable deposit is taken at time of booking to secure your appointment

Can I amend my appointment?

We kindly ask that should you wish to cancel or amend your appointment, you do so via your online booking or over the phone, not via email or social media. You are required to give us at least 72 hour’s notice of any cancellations/  amendments. This policy is in place out of respect for our staff members and our other clients who wish to book an appointment.

What happens if I do not show?

If you fail to show for your appointment this will be classed as a ’no show’ and you will be charged 100% of the service price. If you do not show for your appointment, regrettably, we will be unable to book you in for another appointment. 

Lateness

We understand sometimes things happen and it can cause you to be delayed, however it can be very difficult to accommodate your service without this having a knock on effect to the rest of our clients.

 

If you are going to be late please do call the clinic to let us know, we will  always accommodate where possible, however it may be necessary to re book your appointment. If we have to rebook your appointment then a new deposit will be necessary to secure your booking. 

gift vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased online or in the clinic and are valid for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. Gift vouchers are valid for treatments and retail products, under no circumstances are they cash redeemable. If there is any change required this will be presented in the form of credit which will be allocated to your account, redeemable on your next visit.

 

If your gift voucher is lost, this cannot be replaced. Vouchers can only be redeemed in salon (No.1 Tindal Square, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1EH)

Service Satisfaction

Blooms strives for 100% satisfaction at all times, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your treatment please let us know as soon as possible. As a valued client we would much prefer you inform us before you leave, so we can resolve any issues straight away. However, should you wish to inform us once home, please do call us within 48 hours to allow us to put things right. 

Children & Friends

We want you to be completely relaxed during your treatment at Blooms, for this purpose, we kindly ask you do not bring children to the clinic. Blooms is a small and intimate clinic, so unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any company.

Arriving for your appointment

When you arrive, please make your way to the first floor and kindly take a seat in the waiting area in the hallway before entering the salon. This is to prevent any client from being disturbed during their treatment. You will be promptly welcomed and collected by Nikki for your treatment at the soonest opportunity.

Blooms Facials & Aesthetics Limited is located at No.1 Tindal Square, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 1EH. Nearest parking includes Waterloo Lane Car Park or Bond Street Car Park which is just a short walk to the salon.

 

Alternatively, we are under 0.2 miles from Chelmsford Station. You can find Blooms above ‘Chelmsford Hair Salon’, please press the buzzer for entry where you will be buzzed in. Blooms is located on the first floor and you will be met by Nikki on your arrival.
